India In Race For Hypersonic Platforms

The combination of speed, manoeuvrability and altitude makes them difficult to track and intercept. DRDO’s success is praiseworthy. However, much needs to be done in a short period of time. Slowly, the conventional concept of nuclear deterrence is getting eroded. Faster delivery platforms is the need of the hour. Induction of hypersonic missiles would make India’s nuclear deterrence architecture more potent.
